A One-of-a-Kind Culinary Opportunity

Are you looking for an extraordinary way to spend several hours with friends and/or family? Gather a group of eight (up to 10) students and book a private cooking class with Chefs Sanchez and Pellagrino. Learn to create our sourdough loaf, and you’ll go home with your own sourdough starter for future baking and a finished loaf to enjoy. Or you can learn to create handrolled gnocchi, and take home enough to feed a family of four for dinner. A three-hour class (usually running 11am-2pm) costs $75 per student.
