Trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and in the kitchens of reknowned NYC restaurants such as Le Bernardin and Le Cirque, with extensive experience abroad (including Il Chiostro in Tuscany and other locations throughout Europe and in South Africa), Chefs Sanchez and Pellagrino bring broad experience and deep knowledge to your culinary experience.

Full Service Catering
We offer full service catering for weddings and other large events in the months of September, October, November, March, April, and May.
Private Chef Services
During the summer season, we are pleased to offer private chef services for you and your guests, in your own home. Using your kitchen, Chef Sanchez or Chef Pellagrino will prepare an agreed-upon menu à la minute.
Our Food, Your Venue
For parties larger than eight people (our maximum for seating in the restaurant), contact us to enjoy meals from our current menu. We will platter these beautifully and even send staff so you can enjoy a Black Eyed Susans meal in your own home.
